Wax Melt Care
Wax Melt Care
- Never leave a wax warmer unattended while it's in use. Always extinguish the warmer or turn it off before leaving the room.
- Keep wax melts and wax warmers out of reach of children and pets.
- Place the wax warmer on a stable and heat-resistant surface before turning it on. Keep it away from flammable objects to prevent accidents.
- Do not eat wax melts.
- Store your wax melts in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This will preserve their quality, color and scent.
- Use a candle snuffer or turn off the wax warmer instead of blowing out the flame, as blowing may cause hot wax to splatter.
- Keep the wax warmer away from hanging edges and avoid placing it near water sources.
Wax Melt Burning Instructions
Wax Melt Burning Instructions
- Place your wax melts in a wax warmer or burner specifically designed for melting wax. Do not add water to the wax.
- Place your wax melt into the wax warmer's dish or tray, ensuring it doesn't overflow.
- Avoid leaving the wax warmer on for extended periods. It is recommended to use it for a maximum of 3-4 hours at a time.
- You can reuse your wax melt until the scent has faded. Once the scent has dissipated, remove the wax residue and replace it with a new wax melt.
- To remove solidified wax from the warmer, briefly turn on the warmer for less than a minute until the bottom surface of the wax softens. This will make it easier to pull out the wax.
- Allow the wax warmer to cool down before handling or adding more wax melts.

Candle Care
- Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish it before leaving the room. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
- Never move a lit candle. Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects before lighting.
- Store your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This helps maintain their shape, colour and scent integrity.
- Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame instead of blowing on the candle. Blowing may cause hot wax to splatter, leading to potential burns or fire hazards.
- Avoid placing candles near drafts, vents, fans, and other air currents.
- Discontinue burning your candle when there is only 1cm of wax left at the bottom. Continuing to burn a candle with insufficient wax may cause the container to overheat and crack.
- If wax spills onto surfaces, allow it to cool and harden before carefully removing it. Avoid scraping wax off, as it may damage the surface.
Candle Burning Instructions
Candle Burning Instructions
- Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each lighting to ensure a steady burn and keep the wax clean.
- Avoid burning your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time (2-3 for 8oz candles).
- Keep the wick centered during burning to prevent uneven burning and soot buildup on one side of the candle.
- Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container during the first burn to prevent tunneling. Use a heat-resistant coaster under candles placed on delicate or heat-sensitive surfaces to prevent damage.
